We take great pride in our reputation for shipping quality magnolias. To ensure your order arrives safely, we use specialised freight companies who are equipped to handle plants. Your order is specially packaged, so if for any reason you find your purchase has been damaged in transit, we will assist you with an exchange, credit or refund including shipping costs.

In your email please provide the following:
- Your invoice/ receipt number
- Your name
- Your contact details
- The item(s) you would like to exchange
- The reason you are exchanging the item(s)
- Photos of the plant(s) in their original packaging
Magnolia King will confirm via email whether your item(s) can be exchanged. Please note that exchanged items can only be exchanged for items of the same value. If Magnolia King does not have your preferred pot size or magnolia variety in stock we can either issue a credit voucher to the same value to be redeemed within 6 months or provide a full refund including shipping costs.
We will only exchange goods as set out below:

- The goods are accompanied by proof of purchase
- The goods have not been replanted or removed from the original pot
Magnolia King will not exchange or refund for change of mind, unsuitable climates, incorrect soil or incorrect growing methods.
