1. The items are faulty (unless caused by you)
2. Have been wrongly described
3. Are different to the goods that you ordered

In your email please provide the following:
- Your invoice/ receipt number
- Your name
- Your contact details
- The item(s) you would like a refund for
- The reason you are requesting a refund
- Photos of the plant(s) in the original packaging
Magnolia King will confirm via email whether your item(s) are eligible for a full refund.
If you paid via Credit Card, PayPal or direct deposit, your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from. We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your email. Please remember, your financial institution can take an extra few days to get the refund back into your account.
